Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department. An RMA number will be provided and the correct information for returning item. Please email: cservice@lowcostfragrance.com
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Hair Care items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 15 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping charges.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
Merchandise is returned after 15 days
Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back to lowcostfragrance.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by lowcostfragrance.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Damaged Merchandise
If for some reason your product arrive damaged, please contact our customer service department for an RMA. When we receive the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email
confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent to you.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to lowcostfragrance.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", lowcostfragrance.com will issue a refund for the merchandise only. The Shipping
charges are nonrefundable.
To Cancel Your Order
Lowcostfragrance.com uses an automated order processing and warehouse system, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at orders@lowcostfragrance.com

To file a missing order claim, you must notify us within 15 days from the date of your
order if you did not receive it.
